Stephanie is a PhD student in the LALS program. She received her BA in Comparative American Studies and Latin American Studies, with minors in History and Mathematics, from Oberlin College in 2023. She was a Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellow from 2021-2023. Stephanie is interested in Latinas for Trump in Los Angeles, with a focus on their views on immigration, citizenship, and belonging. She studies how gender, ethnoracial identity, and experience influence radical or far right thinking within Latinx communities, particularly amongst women. Stephanie is a 2025 Crossing Latinidades Fellow, Eugene Cota-Robles Fellow, the 2025 Graduate Pedagogy Fellow with the Teaching and Learning Center.
